PSR B0329+54 is a pulsar approximately 2,643 light-years away in the constellation of Camelopardalis. The pulsar is thought to complete its rotation every 0.71452 seconds. As of 1979, it is thought that two extrasolar planets orbit this pulsar, but have not yet been confirmed and are currently considered doubtful.

Possible planetary system

In 1979, two extrasolar planets were announced to be orbiting the pulsar (being classified as pulsar planets). However, the planets are considered doubtful, due to lack of evidence. If the planets were confirmed, they would be considered the first true extrasolar planet discovered.
